In the 2025 Autumn Issue, we are asking readers to submit their playlists. The theme is “Setagaya Soundtrack,” and the playlists will feature music that lights up the lives of people living, working, and studying in Setagaya.

About the Seta-on free paper, Playlist Note
The free paper is issued based on the concept of offering people without much music in their lives an opportunity to try it, or offering those who have listened extensively to music a fresh perspective.
Three issues have been published so far. The previous 2025 Spring Issue is currently being re-distributed at libraries and other facilities throughout Setagaya City due to its popularity.
